Made in Denmark, SCANPAN PRO IQ cookware combines recycled aluminium with a STRATANIUM non-stick cooking surface. It is suitable for all common cooktops, including induction.

Care instructions
- Before first use, wash with warm soapy water and a soft nylon brush, then dry.
- Heat gradually on a moderate setting. Avoid overheating and aerosol cooking sprays.
- Let hot cookware cool before washing. Do not plunge a hot pan or glass lid into cold water.
- Hand wash with detergent and a soft nylon brush, removing food and oil residue after each use. SCANPAN recommends hand washing even where dishwasher use is permitted.
- Avoid harsh abrasives and cleaners. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Use oven gloves for hot handles and follow the care instructions supplied with your cookware.

Does it work on induction?
Yes. It is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Match the cookware base to an appropriate cooking zone.
Is it cast iron, and does it need seasoning?
No. It has a recycled aluminium body and STRATANIUM non-stick coating. It does not need cast iron-style seasoning.
Is the cooking surface flat?
No. This square grill pan has a ridged cooking surface for grilling vegetables, meat and other suitable ingredients.
Is a lid included?
No. A lid is not included. Food, utensils and styling accessories in photographs are also excluded.
Can it go in the oven?
Yes, up to 250°C. Follow the supplied SCANPAN instructions and use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
