Wash before first use. Cook on low to medium heat for most tasks and never allow cookware to boil dry. Match the element or flame to the base. Use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils and do not cut food in the pan. Let it cool before washing in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Use oven mitts for hot handles. Follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
