Wash before first use. Use low to medium heat and wooden or silicone utensils. Allow the cookware to cool before washing with warm soapy water and a soft brush or sponge. For food residue, soak in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes after cooling. Avoid metal scourers, abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Dry thoroughly before storage. Use oven mitts for hot handles and the lid knob. Follow the supplied oven-use instructions.
