Care instructions
Rinse and dry before first use. Heat gradually with a little cooking oil. Use low to medium heat for most cooking. After cooking, allow the pan to cool enough to handle safely, then hand wash with hot water and a brush or sponge. A little mild dish liquid may be used. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Dry promptly and completely, then wipe with a very thin layer of cooking oil. Store dry and avoid plunging hot iron into cold water. Use oven mitts because the pan and handles become hot.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. The manufacturer supplies a pre-seasoned cast iron surface. Wash and dry before first use, then cook with a little oil. Maintain the seasoning by drying and lightly oiling after cleaning.
