Care instructions

Before first use, boil water in the pan to remove the temporary protective treatment, then wash with detergent and dry immediately. Lightly oil the interior before cooking. After use, hand wash, dry thoroughly without air-drying, and lightly oil the inside and outside before storing in a dry place. Do not put in a dishwasher. Never heat the pan empty or overheat it. All parts become hot during cooking; use suitable heat protection.
