How do I open and close the vacuum seal?
Place the lid on the canister and press its vacuum button to engage the seal. Press again to release the vacuum before removing the lid. The lid monitors and maintains the vacuum while engaged.

No. Keep ground coffee, fine powders such as flour or sugar, and liquids out of Electric Atmos. Use it for whole coffee beans or suitable dry foods.
