What's included
One 18cm / 2.7L saucepan with lid; one 20cm / 3.6L saucepan with lid and helper handle; one 24cm x 17cm / 7.2L stock pot; one 30cm / 6.5L chef pan; and one 26cm frying pan. Lids for the stock pot and chef pan are shown in the supplier set image. No frying-pan lid is included.
Food and styling accessories are not included.
Care instructions
- Wash before first use. Follow the supplied instructions for initial light oiling and conditioning.
- Cook on low to medium heat. Do not overheat empty cookware or use induction boost.
- Use non-metal utensils. Do not cut food in the pan.
- Let the pan cool before hand washing with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scourers and thermal shock.
- Dry thoroughly and protect the non-stick surface when stacking. Use oven gloves for hot handles and follow the supplied temperature limits for each component.

Does it work on induction?
Yes. Cinq Etoiles is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Match the cooking zone to the base and never use induction boost.
Are lids counted as cookware pieces?
No. The five pieces are the two saucepans, stock pot, chef pan and frying pan. Supplied lids are additional components, not extra cooking vessels.

No. Use wooden, silicone or other non-metal utensils and do not cut food inside the pan.
Does it need cast iron seasoning?
No. This is coated aluminium cookware, not bare cast iron. Follow the supplied first-use cleaning and light-oiling instructions; do not oven-season it like an iron skillet.
